Founder of the firm, in practice since 1970. He has focused in particular on leases and condominium law, also as trusted counsel to the Pistoia branch of the tenants' union S.U.N.I.A., without ever ruling out the other fields of civil law: from insolvency law, practised also as counsel to numerous bankruptcy estates, to industrial law, through to IT law. He is the author of numerous volumes on leases, condominium, eviction and enforcement.
